In order to apply for an IVA, an individual must use an intermediary or nominee. This is usually a licensed insolvency practitioner (IP). In most cases, individuals will not approach the insolvency practitioner directly, rather they will have their details processed by a licensed referral company such as ourselves. We will help you through each stage of the IVA application process, from start to finish. We will also act as your primary point of contact and help you to calculate your disposable income, and also gauge your total debt levels.

Unlike many of our competitors, we offer best practice advice. We will not suggest that an IVA is the best possible solution to suit your financial problems, if an alternative such as debt management or bankruptcy is more suitable.

We will package your enquiry and find the most suitable nominee. We will also offer help and advice with regards to reducing expenditure and also preventing unwanted phone calls and letters from your creditors whilst in the process of arranging your IVA.

We will not charge you for processing your IVA application unlike many of our competitors, and all of our fees are paid for by the IP.
